4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by HMRC. You may request deletion at any time subject to legal obligations.

We use: PayPal (payment processing — PCI-DSS compliant), Shopify (card, Shop Pay and Google Pay checkout — PCI-DSS compliant), Meta WhatsApp Business API (customer communication), Hostinger (transactional email). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your visit. The site only stores small, essential preferences in your browser (such as your chosen region) so it works as expected. Payment pages run by PayPal and Shopify set their own cookies under their own policies.
